Membership And Trip Sign-up Event

This is an informal chance to get free food and drink, join the club (if you want to bring along friends who are interested in joining) and find out more about this term's trips. It's held between 17:00 and 18:00 on Thursday of 1st Week (24th April).

If you cannot come but would like to sign up for a trip, then you must send a cheque made payable to "OU Walking Club" to the Trip Organiser by the end of 1st week. Trip places will be allocated at a meeting shortly thereafter. If a trip is oversubscribed, a ballot is used to allocate trip places. If you do not get a place on any trip you sign up for this term, your name will be kept for a priority list for next term's trips. Trips may occasionally be cancelled for several reasons, including under-subscription, lack of drivers, or some other unforeseen circumstance.
