Weekend Trips

This term we have four fantastic Weekend Trips happening. Escape work and fit in some classic walking in some of Britain's best mountainous and coastal regions... All trips* will depart from Oxford (Trinity Gates on Broad Street) on Friday afternoon and return late on Sunday to allow 2 full days of walking. The stated price includes transport, accommodation for two nights and five hearty meals - a real bargain! The only meals not covered are dinner on Friday and Sunday evenings -- for these, a dinner stop will be made partway through the journey to allow a break from the minibus and a rest for the drivers.
Prices are dependant on the price of the accommodation and the distance from Oxford. We try to keep costs down so accommodation is usually in the form of a basic camping barn.
Please note that trips in mountainous areas will encounter adverse weather, steep slopes, rocky terrain and fairly strenuous walking.
For all trips, please sign come to Free Tea at 5pm on Wednesday 17th January (1st week). There you can chat to leaders, look at a map of the area, and sign up. If you cannot come to Free Tea, please send a cheque to the Principal Trip Leader by the end of 1st week.
*Except the Snowdonia LONG weekend, which has an extra day
