Mountain First Aid Course

The club has organizes a 16 hour first aid course from time to time. The course is outdoors-oriented, and so ideal for anyone looking to lead trips in the future or those who wish to have a little first-aid knowledge for their own walking trips. No previous first aid training is required. All members are welcome to take the course but this is also a chance to become involved in leading trips as it is a requirement for all Walking Club trip leaders to have a first aid certificate!
