 etween high fells\, reaching towards the centre of the Lake
  District from the north. This part of the world is renown
 ed for its beauty and great mountains\, so come join Esther
 \, Yuan\, Matt and Rob in exploring it.</p>

 walking: participants should be prepared for walks with a 
 significant ascent\, with some rough and rocky ground.</p>
