Join us on this day trip to the closest 'miniature mountains' to Oxford, just one and a half hours' drive away. They may be under 400m in height but the Malverns make up for it with their cragginess, pretty woodlands, and rich archaeological and geological history!
Going by minibus means we have more flexibility for where to walk: we could explore the North of the Malvern ridge near the town of Great Malvern, explore around the British Camp in the south, or perhaps walk the length of the 8 miles (~13km) ridge. Whatever we choose, the walks will be on easy, well-trodden paths, though with some fairly steep ascents and descents.
