Stonehenge BIG Minibus Day-trip

Sunday 16th November (6th week)

Heather, Laura, Sophie and Marga lead a walk to Stonehenge through the surrounding rolling countryside cared for by the National trust. In approaching this famous monument through its own landscape, we will be retracing the footsteps of many others over the 5000 years since the Neolithic, seeing some of the 450 scheduled ancient monuments that made it an important ritual site. The site is still thought of as one of spirituality and the mystery of Stonehenge's awe-inspiring construction and its past use continues.

Principal Trip Leader:Heather Walker, Worcester
Trip Co-leaders:Laura Harrison, Somerville
Sophie Kallin, St Hugh's
Marga Small, ex-St Edmund Hall
Price:£7
