Lots Of Ducks, A Dragon And A White Horse!
Sunday 19th October (2nd week)
Daniel leads this walk along the ancient chalk Ridgeway from Bishopstone’s duck pond to Wantage, passing a Neolithic long barrow, Uffington Castle, Dragons Hill (where King Arthur slew the Dragon!) and the White Horse, impressively carved into the chalk hillside.
