C. S. Lewis’s Shotover

Explore the picturesque village of Forest Hill, visit the gothic revival folly on the grounds of the Shotover House, enjoy the views from the top of the Shotover Hill. In the end of this short but beautiful trip, visit the home of C. S. Lewis. Enter through the C. S. Lewis Nature Reserve where the author liked to walk while thinking about the books he was writing, see his house and visit the cemetery where he is buried in front of the church which he used to attend every Sunday.
