So quoted Elizabeth Bennett in the novel Pride and Prejudice and in this trip where we retrace her steps, we will come to understand why the Peak District is beloved by writers and walkers alike. We will hike along Stanage Edge, famed for its beautiful vistas and then we may visit the grounds of Chatsworth House, the UK's most loved country house.”
